Returns We accept return requests within 14 daysof delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened grooming products, supplements, and dental care items cannot be returned unless defective.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
